[ke:onda] special edition
Special Edition & Redesign of the biannual magazine published by Friends of Nature Germany / 2015
Designed as a special edition addressing the then-planned free trade agreement TTIP between the United States and the European Union, this publication was created for distribution as a flyer.
Printed on lightweight, short-lived newsprint paper, the design reflects the urgency and immediacy of the topic. The content, written by the young members of Friends of Nature Germany, is presented in a format that emphasizes accessibility, activism, and public engagement.
Design elements were established and carried onto the main published magazine. More about this here –>
The free-trade agreement TTIP failed in 2016.

Following this special edition, I developed the concept for a complete redesign of the Ke:onda and Kipo magazines, published by Friends of Nature Germany for children and young audiences.
The redesign focused on creating a more contemporary, engaging, and accessible visual identity, tailored to the interests and reading habits of younger audiences while maintaining the organization’s values of environmental awareness and social engagement.
